We had the carrot cake slice. But it was stale. Went back to the nice lady and she immediately apologized and replaced it with a delicious piece! Didn’t know why it happened but was happy to have this resolved quickly. View all feedback.

I had to wear a very aggressive dame on the counter, where I should stand in a loud, respectful and aggressive tone before I turned away from this place to find a better place where I have a coffee. if dieucks decides to rent not personal to the customers in their coffeeshops, it should at least train his employees to be more friendly and respectful when they talk to their customers.
