"This was our second time having the food. I can’t recall the name of the burger we had but it was excellent! The seasoning on the fries excellent. The service was very efficient. Not our first time eating the great food and not our last! The last time we had the rueben- just as good!"

"Another year visiting the Normaway has come and gone. I highly recommend adding a stay here to your bucket list. There is nothing like staying here, hidden away in the Margaree valley on a couple hundred acres is this piece of serenity. Rustic cabins are surrounded by trees and horses roam the fenced paddocks. The food is excellent and the staff take great care to provide a memorable experience. Carrie and Karra go above and beyond in guest services wearing many different hats to provide excellent all around service. We always look forward to the food and weren’t disappointed. Hats off to the chef, how they can make even the vegetables taste that good is beyond me. The live local music in the living room at the inn is the cherry on top; a very relaxed and personal experience, Neil MacDaniel was great entertainment. The owner Dave MacDonald and his dedicated staff work countless hours to make your stay a positive one. I hope it’s here forever."

"The extended family went here to gather after a funeral for a family dinner. The facility was beautiful. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our large group. The food was exceptional! Everyone ordered different things from the menu and all were very pleased with their orders. I would really recommend this place to anyone."

"We stopped by to cook some seafood for a seafood and decided to snuggle on 5 lbs too. the muddles smell so bad when I opened the bath, I checked the label and they were harvested on 8th august and on 22nd we bought it on 24th. not to mention that they were local and that the day Newfoundland said. we know better about ns when it comes to seafood. the poor tourist that would have been upset. Too bad for you."

"We stopped here to pick up lobster for our cottage and jhad the greatest time. we blanched the lobster and finished the cooking at our cottage after following the expert advice of the lady behind the counter. we came back on our trip out of town and had the best chowder in all of cape breton"
