"How to have such a disastrous welcome.reservation of 6 rooms when we arrived 1 room had been reserved, the receptionist blamed his family members for a misunderstanding of the reservation so conclusion return to Lyon 2 hours of driving and a wasted weekend. too bad for them 10 breakfast and 10 dinner that we will not have. "In the room was full, so we asked to eat on the terrace. Considering that many places to close due to the coronavirus, one would have thought that some efforts had been made to increase the number of tables. So at 1 o'clock, with a real weather, we were told that the hotel would no longer prepare meals and certainly would not serve on the terrace because it was too cold.... honest...."
