Daily Bagel - La Jolla

Warm and fast. We had two bagels. Parmesan with pure cream cheese. And cinnamon raisins with strawberry cream cheese. I didn't like them as much as Einstein Bagels, but not bad. We had to let our food go because the place smells like something was burning.

A beautiful local mom-n-pop facility not far from La Jolla Village Square and UCSD. They've been here a long time. I had a friend who worked here 2-3 years during high school. Your breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches are super good. Fresh ingredients, great bagels and beautiful taste profiles. I love the sausage, egg and cheese on a whole bagel — it is like a much better version of a McMuffin. The staff is super friendly and easy. For a small shop they have a quite extensive menu and you can also find quite good coffee here. In any case, pass and try.

The Vietnamese coffee was great. Maybe on the sweet side, but good taste almost like chocolate. Bagels were very decent/good. Service was very friendly. $5 credit card minimum.

Delicious bagels and served with the right amount of cream cheese. We took a veggie sandwich and a works bagel and they were both perfect! Good customer service too.

Best bagel/brunch place in the area! I was a regular for 3 years (until I moved out). Their food is great and feels very natural (no unhealthy additives). Not to mention the cost-benefit. I’ve definitely paid way more on food that I enjoyed way less. Highly recommend their “daily omelette”, “traditional”, or tuna melt.
