What User likes about Marketplace Grille:
The best place for Mediterranean food in the city, and since it is in La Jolla, guarantees almost a beautiful cool coastal temperature. Always fresh, always delicious. I have been a patron since 2001; my wife loves this place and will never hesitate to make the ride of Lemon Grove for her chicken skewer or Greek salad. May I suggest a personal favorite? "I have a few decades of experience eating authentic Italian gelato and this place is by far the best gelato I had in the USA. I appreciate SO MUCH when a place is proud in the ingredients they use, in their quality, and also in the stuff of scratches that my true philosophy is about good food. I'm always a bit hesitant outside eating because I never know what ingredients they use, so a sign at the entrance that speaks about their quality is a good point. The Gelati I tried were all tasty and finally a strawberry purple that does not pale pink as in other places where they add cream. Seriously, I LOVE this!"
