What User likes about Mermaids Cowboys:
It has come to my attention that they recently lost a member of their team to illness and that was why the evening did not go as planned. I have adjusted my rating in consideration. I think our party would have been more gracious and understanding having known the circumstances instead of left in bewilderment. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Mermaids Cowboys:
the service was terrible. we waited so long for our drinks that I asked the manager if we could be switched to another server and even then forever. the place was empty then. the food was good. I wish we had eaten over the street, but there were no reservations. View all feedback.
