"This lovely place is down the bottom end of town, in the old square. It has a Michelin bib, well deserved. The staff are well trained, well drilled and startlingly young. A little kir de mûre to start. The menu is small. The bird had oysters then blue lobster. I had the salmon and then the veal. A bottle of decent Chablis. All delicious, especially my avocado mousse which tinkled on the tongue. The raspberry pannacotta, mousse gel and fresh, was delicious. Coffee was good. For a treat and with a discerning plate this is good fare."
