We stumbled across Barnacle Barney's on the way to Victoria. Pretty happy we did. The restaurant has an old school retro diner feel which I loved. We shared the halibut special - two piece fish, chips and coleslaw. Plenty of food for two people. I didn't try the Chinese food however I heard it is good.
