"On the plus side there was something vegan to eat. On the bottom, the portion size was quite shameful for the price, especially if you call a dish the Vegan Big Breakfast. 5 tiny pieces of mushroom, a hash brown? "Booked the lunch package that included a boat cruise to/from Lakes Entrance, wine tasting, cheese platter and main course. I would highly recommend this package, which is booked directly through the winery’s website, and not Peels cruises. We had a very informative commentary on the boat, saw a group of rare lake dolphins swimming in the lake, saw seals sunning themselves on the rocks near the entrance, and various bird life. The winery is in a pretty bush setting, and we were seated out on the balcony overlooking trees. The wine tasting included a range of white, rose, moscato, reds and fortified wines, and the lunch itself was delicious. A great way to experience the combination of the lake, some nature, and great food and wine."
