What Stacey O likes about Wendy's:
There was a glitch with their app when I redeemed a reward and one of the staff basically accused me of somehow tricking the system and stated that I owed them money. She did end up fixing the order but never apologized or anything. Just started ranting to the I'm guessing the manager about how the til would be short. I think they may need some customer service training. View all feedback.
What C Miller doesn't like about Wendy's:
Ordered on the app which claimed that the restaurant was open until 2, however I arrived at the location to find they close at 12. I was unable to get the meal I paid for and have been ignored by Wendy's so- called customer service line. Great experience ? View all feedback.
