"I think WOW is quite justified here. Artful chocolatiers are hard to find anywhere in the USA in my experience, but there is one here in the Berkshires. All we have tried at Chocolate Springs is excellent, although we have the wonderful variety of candies and the fact that many are not too sweet. This means a look in the display case will confirm that this chocolate is taken to another level, but the quality of the taste and textures actually corresponds to the artistry of the presentation. As an additional plus, the hand pulled espresso drinks here are better than most other cafés in the region even those who specialize in coffee. Again, WOW easily rolls out a variety of chocolate jumps after sampling: this is the real thing."

"The service we received on a week day was poor. We had to request bread three times at lunch. And the waitress kept forgetting to bring it out. The food was very good be prepared to wait a long time. Also the paper towel machine in theladies room was broken and when reported the head server said ?oh, we know? and did not offer an alternative. A fancyrestaurant like Zinc could easier provide a roll of paper towels in the ladies room. Or how about fix the machine? This mightbe better for takeaway. Don?t pay extra for the service which is crummy."

"I highly recommend Ben Jerry's catering service. We booked them for a graduation party this weekend and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I communicated with Kate, and she was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions and super, super responsive. The owner manned the sundae bar and he was funny, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. If you have ever considered having Ben Jerry's cater your event, don't hesitate! It was incredible from start to finish!"

"Best place for breakfast for miles. There can be a long line and they are not open late. But they have a large selection of crepes-both sweet and savory and not overpriced.
