Excellent lunch time menu, 3 courses from £16.90. Plenty of choice, restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday . Good choices, lovely pea soup and pate. I had the pork belly with crackling on a bed of vegetables, fabulous, others had Asian chicken also very good. Sadly disappointed with our meal last night. Disgruntled owner told us off for being 10 minutes late and said he had nearly given our table away when we arrived. Food was very cool and pudding pancake was like rubber. We were only offered one drink and we sensed that the staff just wanted to go home. Shan’t be going back. read more.
