This is the legit place for shaved us... trust Uncle right?. Large size, good quality topping selection. Go with the fresh fruit on the bottom...pineapple were my way. After we checked some other points, we returned to Uncle. It was not until the repeated visit that we saw the sign that it was chosen to be the highest ice in Kauai for several consecutive years. This place is disappointing. Not recommended. Compared to Jo jo shaved ice or Wailua shaved ice cream or even some of the food trucks were more exciting. For the same price of $12, I can get an Açaí bowl in Aloha Aina juice cafe two doors down and more satisfied. 1. The cream top was simply watered down cream. It wasn't even shape. 2.
