We were visiting Sitka for the day and come here for a late lunch. What an interesting American/Asian mix! My husband had a hamburger, which he really enjoyed and I had the chicken tenders, which were great. We both also had different bubble teas they were excellent! We walked in to this restaurant just to be greeted by seem to be the owner, not very welcoming remarks and made us feel we were not welcome. So disappointed. Customer service is very poor. The restaurant filled up fast, there was only ONE person to take the orders, serve and cashier (she may have been cooking too! Other than that it was excellent...

"One of my favorite places in Sitka. "This place is pricey so it's obviously not every day dining especially since they are probably fully booked for the foreseeable future. Give them a call after 5pm Tues- Fri. Maybe to see about a reservation. We tried calling leaving voice mails eventually stopped in to make a reservation in person. They had a cancelation so we were lucky.... boy were we! The service was great, the view was great, the local fare was phenomenal. Chef Collette is really great not just for a small Alaskan town but as a chef in general. We travel all over the world eat well as we do. If you can get a reservation fit it into your budget I say go to Ludvig's."
