Scratch is a large, almost hidden gem along Main St. in Ephrata. Upon entering you will always be greeted by friendly staff and a modern but comfortable, shaded chic atmosphere. I can only testify to her soups, sandwiches and cupcakes that I didn't dare to do anything else because I'm so happy with this Trifecta.
