"Very hit-or-miss. The ice cream is usually good, though not spectacular. The milkshakes are watery, but not bad enough to send back. Everything's a little on the expensive side. Interior acoustics make this place loud if even a single group's having a good time, but there's outside seating... right next to a busy intersection. This place has a weird vibe on the inside. It's hard to put my finger on why, but in a sense, I oddly don't feel welcome. Like as if I can feel someone loathes me in there. It's very unsettling, and it's the only store I've ever been to that makes me feel that way. Come here for a mediocre ice cream experience that's hard to succinctly explain why exactly it's bad. Or don't, because other ice cream shops probably don't have a creepy, hostile vibe."

"Made a reservation at 6pm to eat at this location. Had a 4 year old with me. The hostess attempted to sit us at a high top bar which had a clear edge where stuff could fall and the small child could also. I pointed to an empty table and the hostess said it was reserved for someone with a reservation. We also had a reservation, but that clearly didnât matter. There were two empty booths at the back that were also available that they didnât offer to let us sit. Whatâs the point of a reservation if you are not going to honor them? And who sits a tiny 4 year old at a high top? When I told them no I didnât want to sit there the hostess looked confused. Zero professionalism or good customer service. Never going here again until they fix their customer service. If you canât handle the amount of people who make reservations then fix your system."

"Crawfish etouffee ordered to go and it was delicious… except the rice was really undercooked, almost inedible. It’s an absolute shame because the dish has great flavor and lots of crawfish but the rice just ruined it"

"Food: excellent. service: excellent. ambiente: not so much. it is all good, except this restaurant is a sacrifice of its own success! there was such a large amount waiting and after the long wait the place is so crowded that the noise is simply overwhelming and I couldn't wait to get out. also it was like being in a refrigerator: cold. our mistake: on Saturday to dinner. yet four stars for eating and the harried but excellent waiter/server, the great care about four six tables, among other things, with not one single fail step."

"Went here for the first time with my family and we all really enjoyed it. The burgers were fantastic and that?s exactly what we had been hoping for. They give you big slices of pickles and I personally really enjoyed that! The brussel sprouts were awesome and the fries were good. The little holder they serve them in kept them warm longer, which was also a plus. The service was very good as well. Everything was accurate and the server was very welcoming! It also looked very clean in there and they even had a Thanksgiving menu for people to look at and sign up for if you were interested! I would highly suggest this place, especially during lunch when parking is ample! I haven?t tried nearly enough of the items here so I?ll definitely be back!"
