I like my bagels a certain way-like not cut up into quarters, etc. So I went in a couple weeks ago to get a bagel with smoked salmon. I asked to toast it dark and while it was in the oven I told the manager (a young kid) who was helping me I like it made a certain way, and he replied I tell my employees not to do that but I will this time but don 't make a habit of it .
