"Their soft ice cream is great not a big fan of the hard ice cream. Their customer service needs improvement. I take my daughter once in a while to get ice cream and every time I go in they don't even greet us or are whatsoever friendly. It really bugs me that all those young employees in their are not friendly or even look happy to serve my colored family."

"It is so hard to find vegan food in Lynden, or this place would not be worth listing! The servers were so accomodating, they checked all parts of the food I asked for dairy products, etc. even the tortilla packaging. I had made the veggie tortilla vegan and it was delicious and a huge part."

"Tried this place on a busy Thursday evening dinner hour. It was very popular. My first impression was that it was like a diner who tried to masquerade as a diver. Much Country Kitsch. I was greeted enthusiastically when I went in the door and showed a simple but comfortable stand. The menu is quite impressive and includes many options. I chose one of her specialties, the best Rib dinner. The price was half of what I see in other places on site. The ribbing was well seasoned, tasty and cooked to the desired finish, but the quality was not USDA Prime, but at this price I will accept that every time. It was accompanied with baked potato and garden vegetables. For some reason, the baker was full of sour cream, green onions and bacon bits; I've never been asked how I like my bakers. (I just prefer butter). The vegetable Medley was a wonderful mixture, all cooked to the perfect tenderness, but...unseasoned and unfortunately served lukewarm. My waitress was excellent and deftly tied a whole house while providing very fast and personal service. I will visit again and try something else on the big menu."

"Delicious! Stopped by after a long drive and soccer match at Bender Fields. Had a hefty, juicy pulled-pork sandwich and sweet potato fries as the side that were perfectly crispy outside, soft inside. My sidekick had the brisket sandwich kids meal and loved it. Initially saw Jake's listed on the NCA FC website. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"So so experience here. We sat in the covered outdoor area so cute!! I'm not typically a coffee drinker but we had a long day ahead so I grabbed an iced mocha and it was very good! Ordered lemon curd waffle, the salmon benny and the classic breakfast. The waffle was amazing, the lemon curd and the whipped cream balance each other out so it was neither too sweet nor too tart. I was very excited for, then pretty disappointed with the salmon benny. I had asked specifically for the egg to be hard poached and it was not at all, ran all over everything. Also did not realize the salmon was not going to be fully cooked either, so I was unable to eat my $18 breakfast plate. I would have asked the server to replace it but the service was pretty terrible and I didn't want to wait any longer for a second order. Overall, the experience was just okay. I would definitely give it a second shot but with much lower expectations."
