"I feel as though we have been misled about the view here. The website indicated that “The rooms have views across the Loch, or the hillside behind us.” There is definitely a hillside behind our room, but it is behind a car park. We have...a second window that overlooks a wall and roof of part of the building. We booked 5 days here, immensely disappointed."

"I was in the Lochside guest house and thought I was eating here. Although they were halloween on Saturday and were fully booked, they could take me. I tried her salt and chili fir (I wanted to garn, but was not available) cream soup, Chinese styles were curry with rice and nan brot. presentation, quality and quantity were excellent for the money. friendly good hospitality. recommend a visit when they pass."
