"I like to officially complain about he junction.hotel in regards to cloe at the grand junction on wed 27 of September I was accused by a pateon at the hitel about being banned but there was no proof I was banned and cloe supported I should leave. there no due process about the police kick8ng me out. of the premises it ruined me b3ing there . for me not to tarnish the repertation of the grand junction for all thous years I want the person to accuse me to be banned from the hotel otherwise I have recluse to see it legally to defamatory c9mm3nts about me and the person who was there cloe about it. "We were lucky to have reserved a table outside so we could enjoy the sunshine on a chilly morning. The food, coffee and staff were fantastic. The only small negative is the deck is quite small so there is not a lot of room between tables.Great for a relaxing breakfast with family or friends"

"We are Maitland towns that have been fed to Fratelli for a few years, but it has still awakened every time. The food is always on the point; it is a refined menu, but also rustic, generous and comforting, as any real Italian should be. The dishes are made with love and served with pride. The wine map is extensive, shows many local Hunter Valley varieties, as well as authentic Italian wines. But what Fratelli does is his amazing team and its consistency. The kitchen runs like a clockwork and the service is simply exceptional. We work in the hospitality industry and are continuously impressed. The waiting staff is fast, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and they never miss a beat. Upon arrival, and at the end of the evening by the owner Dan (no matter how busy they are at the time) will be deported never old. Fratelli is such a well-oiled machine and many restaurants can only hope to inspire the caliber of food, service, hospitality and professionalism that Fratelli offers. Your team should be very proud of what you have created and also contributed to our local food scene. Maitland is so very, very happy to have you."
