What User likes about The Green Man:
I took my mum here today for lunch and we had a warm welcome, as soon as we arrived. Mum has mobility issues and the staff were helpful without being overbearing. We both had steak and kidney pudding.. lovely flavour and very hot. It was such a miserable day outside, it was nice to have a hot meal and to sit beside the open fire. What Downba doesn't like about The Green Man:
Lovely old pub, friendly staff. Nice area and garden. The portions are huge which I personally find quite off putting but some May like to get their moneys worth. The pie was nice enough flavour wise but the pastry was a little thick for me. Would have preferred sauces in bottles or dishes rather then the annoying sachets that you can’t ever open.
