Santana Beach Restaurant - Mamallapuram

We had a table with a marvellous view along the beach. The fish and prawns looked amazing so we selected a fish. There was a bit of pressure to have some gigantic prawns as well. I am glad we didn't: The fish was perfectly cooled with garlic and herbs and served with chips and a mixed rice. The place is friendly, slightly scruffy but somewhere that serves good, fresh fish View all feedback.

This restaurant is obviously rated for its views, unfortunately we visited the night of the cyclone and with Plane flood over all windows (necessary) we could see nothing. I ordered the garlic butter chicken, that was a massive disappointment, completely tasteless.... Other fish ordered and were disappointed by the size.
