Our order took over 2hours to arrive having been delayed 3 times. After ringing them twice, both occasions gave terrible customer service and had zero ability to respond empathetically very defensive. Asked to be reimbursed or compensated for our over £50 order and was promised they would ring back , twice… still waiting for that call! Absolutely terrible.
