Been here a few times over the years and the staff are always friendly and the food is generally very good as well. This is a great place to grab lunch or a little pick me up. The croques are absolutely delicious, especially the mushroom and spinach one, and the savoury pastries such as the cheese and onion pasty always go down well. Thursday 28th April ‘22. Bought an eat-in meal at Bakeout, Hassocks asked the female member of staff for salt. She told me that Bakeout didn’t provide salt to its customers, as Bakeout’s meals were already salty enough. I suggested that surely it was for the customer to decide that ?
