What User likes about Alegria:
The hotel is 2 stars. My 5-star rating is not for the hotel, but for the restaurant. The rooms are dirty and urgently need an update. The lamp was broken. The shower slowly left. The furniture is 20 years old. I could hear the neighbors all night. The owner of the hotel was a charming guy, nice to speak with, but the rooms have to be completely emptied and new. Kapuys Restaurant is 5 stars. Not unusual, but perfect.... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Alegria:
Very friendly staff. However not sure if there was a hole in one of the screens or they left the door open when cleaning, but on the second night the room filled with mosquitoes. Also there was no Wi-Fi from studio room 15. Raised to 3 stars because of quick response here. I should have mentioned wifi at front desk after first night. View all feedback.
