Have owned a Seafood W/Sale Retail for the best part of 13 yrs and on a recent road trip from Queensland, we happened to drop in on this place, which I last visited 10 yrs ago. Face has changed with Tony at the helm and I did compliment him at the time, on his quick service, the quality of his product, and the value for money. What User doesn't like about Macfisheries:
Fish was battered, way too much batter, however, fish was quite nice inside. Would probably get grilled fish next time. Chips were pretty good. Ordered dim sims and didn't expect them to come out battered, the batter was again way too thick, not properly cooked in places and to be honest, pretty unappetising.
