We stopped off in Montsegur village after climbing up to the castle. We wandered around the charming streets and discovered this quaint little cafe. We had a coffee and a hot chocolate. The owner was friendly and chatted. There was a lovely old English sheepdog snoozing in the corner. A great find. read more.

"Very recommended to take typical dishes of the area. We tried the caserolett and a specialty of the house, puré de poubre, which had mashed potatoes, foie and egg, was all riquisimo. for dessert I recommend the profiteroles with chocolate and cinnamon. the very nice place and the waiters."
