We stayed for 4 nights ad frequented this bar a few times and whilst no complaints on the last night I got served by a lady called 'Erin '. I asked for my usual pinot grigio with a bit of Soda water. Not only did she ask me if I wanted ice as well (which i did want but didn 't want to make my order complicated) but she also poured my drink in front of me with her hand behind her back like they teach in hospitality.
