We stayed for 4 nights ad frequented this bar a few times and whilst no complaints on the last night I got served by a lady called 'Erin '. I asked for my usual pinot grigio with a bit of Soda water. Not only did she ask me if I wanted ice as well (which i did want but didn 't want to make my order complicated) but she also poured my drink in front of me with her hand behind her back like they teach in hospitality. Very slow bar service through cocktails. except the normal cash.
Beautiful staff, supplement 15% in the celebrations.
A coin! a couple of things from here: I noticed that several barkeeper glassware put into the ice fountain (some of their glasses are plastic/polycarbonate, I only saw them placed glass in the fountain.) byy bartending background this is a big question how glasses break and chip and they get glass in both drinks and the ice well. I ordered the same drink several times (5-6 more than 2 days, if the store serves correctly) and received 4 different drinks. it seems totally dependent on the bartender all drinks tasted good, but the fact that I got 3 different drinks that ordered the same drink was something new. shoutout an alex, she delivered a flawless service each time! my personal pet hate barkeeper is drinks that come apart ages, but I won't hold that against them because I know it's not so common.
A great place to rest, play to the pool or just enjoy the view. friendly staff.
Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. There was a wait for it but only because of how popular the bar was.
