"Good cuisine, warm welcome. Small but strong. We think that in Arbois, the wine map is thick. No card, a menu a day, that's the rule and we don't laugh with the rule. "Thank you so much for this good meal. Inventive cuisine with lots of flavor and nice dishes. You offer a beautiful image of our gastronomy, which attracts a foreign clientele just a little loud... it's the only flat of this dinner but you're not there for much. Otherwise, I would never have thought that the tradition sworn could accompany the lamb so favourably, with the tarragon sauce Thanks for this excellent advice!"
