What Michel doesn't like about Insomnia Cookies:
Hard to communicate with Resturaunt to find out status of delivery. They just left it at the hotel lobby and did not tell me it was there. It had ice cream in it and it was halfway melted by the time I found it in the hotel lobby. View all feedback.
The entire staff is always so cheerful and seems to be really passionate about the business. And of course, cookies dipped in sugar is always a mood-lifter.
Perfect cookie always. Nothing too crazy. Just a simple cookie made right you can always get it here and always be perfect.
