What MARKS doesn't like about Côte Brasserie Newcastle:
Booked a table via an Open Table for Thursday last week, 5.00pm, turned up at 5pm and was greeted by an obtrusive and arrogant waiter, who insisted that there was no booking under my name! I showed the booking confirmation via an Open Table. He then reluctantly decided to try and find a spare table, he did but at the back of the restaurant in a separate side room.
