"This is our 2nd time to Toast and again we wasn't disappointed! We were the first people in, which we had to book the day before and it was the last booking available. So hence the photo shows an empty restaurant. But with in half hour the place had filled up! We shared all our tapas dishes and my goodness each 1 tasted amazing! Just the right size to share for 2! "My partner and I came here to celebrate my birthday. I was confused and disappointed by the experience to be honest. The interior is a clash of design styles there’s a tween bedroom style mural on the wall, upmarket modern style glasses and tableware, with shabby chic water pitchers and tables. The menu can’t be viewed before you go and was short and didn’t cater to all types. For example there were two dishes (out of 4 options) with pork. The plating was nice and the food was well presented. The veggie option was basically a veggie sausage roll with a stem of broccoli. It tasted so bland. My partner had the pork and said it was good. I wouldn’t go back."

"Separate vegan menu with a good selection of options, I struggled to choose! Ended up with the Korean style cauliflower and Tom Kha Noodle soup, which were both stunning. Great atmosphere in the place, was light and airy, with a lovely view over the harbour. Staff were lovely, too. Would recommend to anyone visiting Porthleven!"
