Canteen - Noosaville

daytime. not busy, so eating was prepared within minutes. many seats in the inner and footpaths. the staff was friendly, efficient, but not pushy. reasonable price, good menu selection. post-blocking so much personal.

that must be the worst breakfast I've ever eaten. not only were we waiting for minutes until our order with only other people was picked up there on Wednesday morning. the touch was tasteless except the water taste, the speck. was all fat and greasy, the chorizo was not fried, but still greasy, I would have pooled a photo of the fat on the plate. do not eat one liked here. also black pepper on the road, which is only average much better than here.

came on a Sunday morning, was busy when we arrived, but rather quickly cleared out, but we had to wait a ridiculous time for our meal. very disappointing. coffee was okay.

what a great meal we all enjoyed in canteen. my laxy benedikt was one of the best I had eaten. the fresh hollandaise they make every morning in space, made the court. my children had both pancakes. Hubby had the frit that were easy. so good. they are not only pancakes, but ricota pancakes with real maple syrup and puppy cream. jane made a great coffee. canteen is my new place. Keep the big workers up.

My kids and I went to Canteen on a Thursday morning at so it was not busy. Kids ordered kids pancakes, expecting at least and were horrified when small pancake doused in maple syrup came to them. After eating the pancake in...a second, my son asked for another and my daughter asked for a side of bacon. It was clear to the waitress they were for different kids, however, when it came out, the bacon was on top of the pancake. The waitress saw my kids’ horror (that they were touching as my son doesn’t eat pork) and said “I’ll fix that up for you” and took the plates away. She returned a minute later with them on separate plates B U T the pancake still tasted of bacon and the bacon still tasted of maple syrup!!! Disgusting service when you’re paying per kids’ pancake ie small pancake. Ended up paying a small fortune for a meal that was well below average. Needless to say, will not be back.
