"First off I was blown away by the quality of the food at this food court restaurant! This is about the closest I have ever gotten to authentic Mexican food in Canada! I ordered a platter and was unable to eat all of it! They are very generous. I can hardly wait to get back to North Bay to try some more of their food! Thank you Mr Pancho employees! ps I would like to add a photo but the food looked so good I ate it before I thought of a picture!"

"The Gyro deal is the best! You can order Chicken (w or w/o Skin on its their roasted chicken), Gyro Meat (kind of a braised meatloaf, similar to Donair meat) or Mixed. Their fries are amazing! When you get the combo, it includes Gyro, Sm Fry, and Pop for $10 tax in. You will be full no question on that."

"Had the worst experience at this place extremely overpriced and bad service. Did not have any patience when we called in to make an order, asked to check their website instead. Ordered chicken shawarma rice and donair for 4 people, which came to nearly $100. The food portion and quality wasn't even worth half that. Donair was mostly burnt and chicken was plain honestly have no idea why it is labelled as shawarma. To top it all off, when we asked for extra paper container, we were charged for each one even though we spent $100 at this place. Clearly the guy wanted to make money off of us since we weren't local people. How cheap can you be? Charging for a single paper container? Horrible, horrible experience, and the worst shawarma I've had in my 10 years in Canada."

"Well I thought my friends were being dramatic when describing their experience but Im convinced. Went in with some people from work and was served by Dean, (unfortunately the same waiter my other friends had such a bad experience with) and while the food was great, like last time when Rebeca? served me at the bar, I likely wont come back. Nor will the rest of my party. Rude Arrogant, moody, bossy...these are just a few words id use to describe Dean. And i say bossy because, i dont know if hes also a manager, but hes quite bossy to his coworkers. Basically he made the whole experience unpleasant, to say the least. And seeing as how it seems he works a lot, ill skip the stress of dealing with a 25 year old on an ego trip."
