Cafe Nero - Northumberland

What Andrew Horn likes about Cafe Nero:
We dropped into the café for a quick rest and a coffee. The que to be severed was rather lengthy, but not a lot can be done about that. It's just bad timing. The premises were clean and tidy, and the staff were non-stop seeing to all the customer needs. Thankfully, I have a phone contract with 3, so I had the choice of any coffee for £1. What brian stanton doesn't like about Cafe Nero:
The staff were great but unfortunately this must be the worst Cafe Nero I have ever been in. Dirty to say the least. Book shelves haven’t been dusted in an age. Furniture looking well worn. Gents toilet grubby with broken equipment. Ladies toilet completely out of order. Had to drink out of paper cups with wooden spoons. Couldn’t have crockery as the dish washer was also broken.
