What Sonita Osborne likes about Mcdonald's:
This was possibly the best trips to McDonald's I have had in the recent 10yrs. The food was all fresh. The staff members were happy, and smiling. The food, seriously, the food, it was spot on. The Big Mac sandwiches were picture perfect. Oh, and the fries, the reason I go to McDonald's, couldn't have been better. Great job guys. Y'all just put your Jackson neighbor on notice. Wow. "Biscuits and gravy is always good but stopped in for lunch and they gave me a under cooked hamburger they did make me another one and it was good but the hamburger meat was really tough idk if it's the certain kind of meat or what"

"The Meatball Pepperoni Pizza was cold when we got it!! Then they took an HOUR to even let my dasher grab it, because their understaffed . The meatballs didn 't taste right either. The ONLY good thing about my food was the OREO Cookie Papa Bites. I understand being understaffed and stressed, but an HOUR to get food ready and let my dasher get it from you, that is ridiculous. We basically wasted 21$ on a 16 inch pizza because ya 'll let it get cold, we had to pick off ALL the meatballs and it made it soggy where the meatballs sit, such a waste of money!"
