This was such a cute place to stop over. There is a shop at the ground floor with so much sanrio merchandise including those specifically for Hokkaido. The cafe is on the 2nd floor and you have to order and pay in the 1st floor cashier before going up to the seating area. The food presentation is good and everything in is cute for Hello Kitty fans. The food was not the freshest for sure... possibly pre-made foods? The kids rice was basically inedible because of being hard. The bread for the sandwich was also a little hard (like old bread). Not too impressed with the food. The cafe is clean and well maintained.
