"Visited Bistro Ristoro for the first time yesterday and it will definitely be on our list of places to dine at when visiting Ottawa. Our server Matejo was superb. "Really excellent value for money. I never give any restaurant 100%, none is perfect. The fabulous in-store-made samosas and naan were the lightest, moistest and most flavourful anywhere in the Ottawa River Valley area I have ever eaten. Basmati rice was outstanding. Only one of the 3 curry sauces served (i.e., the veg. was very slightly watery; the other 2 sauces were spot-on for viscosity. Dine-in was a good experience, but the pallets of crushed tomatoes could have been stored away from the dining tables."
