"This is one of the best restaurants in Ottawa! The food is authentic Balkan: the flavors are amazing! The service is incredible, the owners are always there to chat give good suggestions or simply just to welcome you warmly! They have just came up with the new dish, it is Cornbread Chicken Casserole (I am attaching a photo of it here)! It is hard to describe the quality of it!!!! I highlighted recommend this place!!"

"Staff don’t care. Devices are set to 20% tip.Pizza is good. Atmosphere is bland. They sometimes forget part of my order and when you order extra expensive toppings it’s like they cut it into tiny amounts to maximize their profits.Overall, pizza is good. Expensive for what you get though.Other options very close by that are better quality and quantity."

"My first time eating at Anaia was very positive. I ordered bread and butter and the mushroom toast accompanied by a glass of Italian pinot grigio. The bannock and brioche (the bread and butter) were amazing. The waiting/serving staff were attentive and knowledgeable. I very much look forward to returning."
