"The first time I order from here and it was very fresh and delicious. I recently started looking for vegan places as I have now eaten plant-based food and want to order myself for something else from here. I ordered the Go Falafel bowl, although I had no falafels I would say tasty (i.e. a lot of taste, juicy, crispy). That was the exception. Everything in the bowls was wonderful. Definitely a repeater customer. Thank you."

"It's worth looking for this place, which near where Somerset Street West joins Wellington Street West. Stopped in for lunch and very much enjoyed the smoked beef sandwich and a nice onion/lardon/lentil soup. They also sell a range of charcuterie and cheese. Meat Press is licensed and there are local microbrewery beers on offer, as well as wine by the glass. The service is friendly, and the decor is very hip, with whimsical lamps made out of old kitchen gadgets such as meat grinders."

"This restaurant is absolutely wonderful! It is cozy, and has so many wonderful options to choose from. Their pizza is delicious, and their veal burger is the best option on the menu. Their service is also wonderful, as they catered specifically to all of my grandmothers needs, even though she uses a wheelchair. This place is wonderful for both a family outing or a date! Best restaurant in Byward Market!"

"I’ve been here 4-5 times and always order the same because it’s sooooo delicious!! Beef and tahini bowl with added falafel and cauliflower. And Zataar bread/pie with hummus and tahini for dipping. Next time I’ll have to try something new because I’m sure it’s all good. Plus the staff is super friendly which is awesome! Thanks Bibi’s, I’ll be back for sure ?"

"It's not often I rave about sandwiches. I'm a vegetarian so as much as I like the idea and the convenience, sandwiches without meat just usually aren't that great. But the sandwiches here are incredibly delicious. Their vegetarian options off the menu board both sound...good on their own but sound even better combined, so I usually just ask for anything pickled (giardiniera, spicy eggplant, pickles, etc) with some cheese and mustard on their fresh bread. It's messy but it's so stupid delicious I can't comprehend it. Nice guys behind the counter too and of course, unbeatable price."

I would recommend arriving early, as they do not take reservations ahead of time.This new restaurant is a great find for anyone looking for a wide selection of Japanese food options. From sushi to tempura, their menu had something for everyone, and all of it was delicious. Our dinner party all loved the food options, and we were impressed by the quality, variety, and taste of everything we tried.Compared to many other Japanese restaurants in Ottawa, this one stood out as being a notch above the rest. The dishes were expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and the flavors were simply divine. We particularly enjoyed the sushi rolls, which were fresh and flavorful, as well as the ramen, which were perfectly cooked and served in a savory broth.Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic Japanese dining experience in downtown Ottawa.
