We come here for dinner every time we are in Ottawa. Yes it is that good!! We ordered for appetizer this time the spiced meatball. For entrees, we had the lamb shank and sirloin. I was somewhat grateful that Oz Kafe was able to accommodate us without a reservation. However, the restaurant itself was dimly lit and crowded, making it difficult to read the menu. We decided to share the Seoul Food ($21), which was a Korean-style Beef Sirloin served on a hot plate.
