"Just finished and enjoyed The Summer Dress wrap and a Substute Teacher salad (half salad for $3,49). Both were quite delicious and very generous portions. You can taste the freshness with every bite. There is a fun school theme in both the decor and menu...but nothing juvenile about the quality and creativity of the food. I will be definitely work down the list over the next few months."

"Celebrated our 30th anniversary there with friends and family before a concert. Owners and staff were very receptive to our needs and worked well with us to enjoy our visit. The wine was great, the food was better. If down in the Market, we highly recommend!!"

"As someone who never had a falafel, admittedly I don't have much to compare how Chickpeas version compares to others.I will say though that I really like the falafel wraps that I've had here and everyone I've brought here for lunch has also liked what they had. Their hummus is also very good and they are the only place that seems to do it the way they do it (their hummus is very, very thick).Prices seem more than fair (about $7 for a falafel wrap which always seems to fill me up,) and you can make it a meal for a few dollars more and they'll add a side dish of hummus plus some pita bread for the hummus.Seating is a bit limited on the inside with maybe 6-8 tables so be warned that during lunch you may not find a place.Service isn't super fast but I think that is because everything is made to order.As they are located in Trainyards, parking is ample though during lunch you may not get a spot in the lot right out front.All in all, Chickpeas is now one of my top places to go for a lunch treat in the eastern part of town. Definitely recommended."

"The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans."

"It's a blessing this place is open 24/7. It's not only a great breakfast, but also late night snack. I got the BLT bagel on cinnamon raisin, and my only displeasure was they cut the bagel weird so half of it fell apart in my hands, but taste-wise it was good and I loved all the mayo on it. My friends liked their salmon lox and roast meat bagels, but another friend said his tuna salad bagel was plain and the only flavour came from the tuna salad. Then we went to escapade and 8 hours later we came back for round 2. This time I just got the chicken and turkey soup bc I lost my voice, and the soup felt so good. I wish it came in a bigger size!"
