We ordered an assortment of class dim sum dishes like preserved thousand year old egg congee, beef rice noodles (cheung fun), siu mai (pork dumplings), ha gow (shrimp dumplings), chicken feet, black bean spare ribs, spring rolls, jin diu, and also a platter of BBQ pork, and tofu flower at the end. With limited time available, our visit to Ottawa's China town became a late night one (11 pm!) The Chu Shing was just about the only place open and was itself showing signs of closing - the solitary table of diners were finishing as we arrived.
