We love this subway the best out of all of them in ottawa!! The customer service is always amazing, and they put a lot of care into making a great sub! My girlfriend and I were there Tuesday July 25th around 8:10 and the girl who was serving us (I didn’t get her name, but i think she was a trainee) was incredible!! super sweet and helped us out when the pop machine wasn’t working!!! read more.

Food was AMAZING at first very hard to understand each other over the phone but in the end my meatball sub had extra meatballs and an amazing amount of pickles just like I asked for. Staff were somewhat disrespectful to me over the phone during the call but all is good.I personally will be ordering for here again. read more.
