This is an English pub, warts and all. Walking in took me back to my years in England in small country pubs before moving to Canada. Dark wood, dark rooms, brass.We went here for a late lunch, really as Kelly's Landing was packed (again). This was a favourite of mine. Today service was so slow I did not stay. Waiting for my brother, I was directed to a table that was in need of a good wipe down. A lone server seemed all that was available. I was not offered a drink on being given the menu. Another couple came in while I was sitting there and they were attended to right away.
