No gluten free fish and chips- they have grilled fish, but chips are in a shared fryer.

"This is a tiny, informal place that does home cooked food, well. It's so much better than bigger places serving warmed over bought-in stuff from food service companies like Brakes. We had pan-fried sardines with Romesco sauce, hand cut chips and salad. Local, seasonal, made with care. They also do a range of home made cakes which we didn't try but which looked the business. Simple, good quality, and very much recommended."

"This is our 2nd time to Toast and again we wasn't disappointed! We were the first people in, which we had to book the day before and it was the last booking available. So hence the photo shows an empty restaurant. But with in half hour the place had filled up! We shared all our tapas dishes and my goodness each 1 tasted amazing! Just the right size to share for 2! "A fantastic evening at stepping stones with family. So what I loved was the inviting smell of nice eating when we went towards restaurant. the inviting faces as we entered. the orange juice in my bacardi was smoothly not tart. the food was perfectly boiled, the sweet, the steak and the treacle tart with a lemon zeste was the best of all time! Many thanks for their beautiful gastfreundschaft stepping stones, we will certainly be back for more."
