What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
40 year old or so guy would not help me at all when my app would not show my free birthday sub. Showed him it was my birthday and came in for my sub and he didn’t care and did not help to do something for me considering I drove all the way there to get my free sub after signing up for rewards. Terrible customer service.

"It was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The first time in place, so asked a few questions. Cashier was very helpful and got the answers I needed. I ordered a bowl of spicy tuna and salmon to go. Proceed to add all Else, they had under the glass... everything except the sink. Fresh ingredients, really good portions. I was in another Poke Bowl restaurant and felt betrayed with the portions they gave me. Yummy poke I'm happy. Solid, solid poke shell. Only negative would I say there are very little parking during the noon. I would suggest a parking space at the adjacent Starbucks and walk (as I had to do)."
