This is my third time ordering my chai and I'm big disappointed. I kindly asked if there was a reason why the chais I previously ordered were very watery and the girl on the speaker caught a tone with me. Instead of offering to put more of another ingredient in it she rudely asked when I came in the day before and I told her it had been a while since my last visit.
