This was just a flying visit to pick up a goodie ie, a couple of cakes to take away. My husband loves the giant cream Meringues from here. And I do mean giant. I had a large plain scone with strawberry jam and cream. If you’ve never visited the Milk Bar you don’t know what you’re missing. It’s dog friendly, sells cakes and doggy ice cream. The restaurant and its premises are wheelchair accessible and thus usable with a wheelchair or physical limitations, and there is free WLAN. If the weather are right, you can also have something to eat outside.

What I B doesn't like about Powmill Milk:
The Milk Bar is perhaps too dog friendly as dogs are allowed indoors and not just at the outside tables. The last couple of times we have called in, dogs barking loudly spoiled our enjoyment. Such a pity, as it is a nice cafe with a good selection of cakes and parking is easy. read more.
