Drive thru service was quick, there was no line when we arrived. was greeted immediately. Person took order, answered a couple of questions. What Christian Deitrick doesn't like about Bojangles:
The problem was the chicken breast and the thighs I ordered was very dry and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp way to long and the meat had dried out. Even sauce didn't make it where it was edible. Sorry I just wasn't happy with my order. But because my wife loves bojangles biscuits and the bojangles blackened chicken sandwich we will be going back but next time I'll gladly wait on fresh chicken to be... View all feedback.
EXTREMLY SLOW SERVICE. Staff doesn't seem to care if you're there or not. Waisted my time here. Won't be back.
Never had, but glad I did. Little heat to the chicken but not overwhelming. Most try fried chicken.

Slow slow slow. Waiting over 35m for simple chicken. Place is dirty; napkins, crumbs on floors.
Chicken was good ,mac and cheese and mash potatoes and gravy just OK. Cole slaw is good along with the pinto beans. Bring back the Bo sauce
